All State Choir
The Honor Choir is active in the community and at school, performing wtih excellence and character to represent Dogwood Elementary School. Important events are listed below.

April 6-7, 201

Fifth Graders only can audition for the Tennessee State Treble Choir. Students record themselves singing "America" in the keys of F and Ab (Mr. Simons will help. These are sent into the State, and they select participants in the State Choir. As this takes place at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, parents must make arrangements for their student to attend (hotel room an travel).

Students are selected based on commitment, attendance, and talent in choir. Students learn some challenging music and perform along with 300 Memphis area students.

The Honor Choir performs a Holiday Program on Thursday, December 13, 6 p.m. and a Spring Program on Thursday, May 3, at 6 p.m.
